happening and how to correct it, not just manage it.
One of the first things I look at is how your pelvis and posture are positioned. A rotated or misaligned pelvis can create what looks like a leg-length difference, which then places stress on the knees, hips, spine, shoulders, and even the neck. Over time, this can lead to pain, tightness, and recurring injuries.
At the same time, pain is never just mechanical. It’s influenced by things like stress, sleep, nutrition, past injuries, trauma, and lifestyle - many of which happen outside our awareness. That’s why I don’t just treat the body; I coach the whole person.
