From Loss to Leadership

My work as a Health Director and Pain, Movement and Biomechanics Coach is deeply personal. It is shaped by lived experience, resilience, and a commitment to helping others live healthier, stronger lives.

Loss has a way of changing how you see the world. For me, it became the catalyst for understanding health, longevity, and what truly matters.

The Turning Point

I experienced significant loss at a young age, including losing my mum to cancer, my uncle in a car accident, and later my father to a sudden heart attack while I was with him in South Africa.

Those moments changed the direction of my life. They sparked a drive to understand the body, movement, and long term health so I could help others avoid unnecessary pain and loss wherever possible.

Coaching With Purpose

With over 25,000 hours of one to one coaching experience, I specialise in helping people reduce pain, improve movement, and build sustainable health.

I believe real change happens when people feel supported and understood. My approach blends science backed strategies with empathy, structure, and long term thinking.
